Shipping Options 

UPS Ground Service - only available within the US (usually delivered 5 business days from day of dispatch) FREE SHIPPING  $0 
UPS 3 Say Select - only available within the US (usually delivered 3 days from day of dispatch) $40
UPS Next Day Air Saver - only available within the US (usually delivered afternoon of the next business day from day of dispatch) $95

Shipping Policy: 
We endeavor to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and usually within 24-48 hours after receiving them. Occassionally, during busy periods, we will not be able to process orders immediately so please allow 5-7 business days to process sale items and we appologise for any inconvienience this delay may cause. Additionally, please note that orders received after 12 noon Friday will not be processed until the following week. 

Above are estimated delivery times for orders placed by 12 noon. These are guidelines only, as high volumes and external factors may cause delays.


Returns/Exchanges

If you are not happy with your web purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 15 days from date received to you for a refund or exchange, less shipping costs. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.  Merchandise that does not meet these requirements or that is returned after 15 days will not be accepted.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Please email us at sales@firuzeinc.com with your order number and we will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please write this RA# on the outside of the box.

Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card, or apply the amount from your return to your new order/exchange. You will receive an e-mail once your refund/exchange has been processed and the new shipment tracking number (if appropriate).
